We highly recommend butter -garlic sauce before serving, however, it can be served without the sauce. A completely delicious meal.

- Blanch Spinach
- Sour think Cream
- Finely Chopped Garlic 1-2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper Powder to taste
- Cheese Cheddar
Ingredients for Garlic Butter Sauce
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Method for Stuffed Fish
Prepration
Step 1
- Marinate the fish with Salt, White Pepper, lemon juice, and a tablespoon of oil.
- Let the fish sit for 1-2 hours refrigerated
Step 2
- Prepare the stuffing
- In a bowl add sour think cream, blanch spinach, finely chopped garlic, salt to taste, white pepper, and finally some cheese.
- Mix well so it forms a paste.
Step 3
- Make a slit by slicing through the mid-portion of each fillet to create a pouch
- Using a spoon take a small amount of filling and stuff it carefully into the slit of each fillet
- The next step would be to pan-fry the fillets
- Heat a medium-sized shallow pan and add one tablespoon butter
- Gently swirl the butter so that it uniformly coats the pan
- Now add the stuffed fish fillets one at a time and pan fry the fillets on medium heat
- Turn the fillet each side till each side is golden brown
Preparing the Butter Garlic Sauce
Step 4
- Add butter to a pan heated on medium flame
- When the butter starts to melt add one teaspoon of garlic paste and sauté well
- Now lower the flame and add salt to taste and white pepper powder and give it a good stir
Step 5
Stir Fry Vegetables
- Add 1 teaspoon oil, and 1 teaspoon button into a pan
- Add Asparagus, carrot batons, and chopped beans in the pan
- Stir for 1-2 minutes
- Add salt to taste
Drizzle the fish Fillets with Butter Garlic sauce and serve along with the sautéed vegetables
